Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for full refunds, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns may be accepted after 30 days and up to 60 days from the date of delivery; however, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the product price. After 60 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept returns for refund, exchange, or store credit unless required under applicable consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- not installed to any vehicle
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
- returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, and included parts where applicable
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. This number must be included with the returned item so we can track and process the return once it is received.
Return Shipping
For standard returns where the item is being returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer or the party that purchased the item.
The item must be returned to the nominated return address or closest warehouse advised by our Customer Service Team.
A refund will not be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the return relates to a warranty claim and we require the product to be returned to us for assessment, we will pay for the return shipping and organise collection of the item.
If the part supplied does not fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange, subject to assessment and approval.
How to Return an Item
1. Get in Touch
Contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to request a return.
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST, excluding public holidays.
2. We’ll Provide Return Instructions
If your return is accepted, one of our Customer Service Team members will provide instructions for returning your item, including your Return Authorisation Number.
3. Pack and Send Your Return
Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, not installed, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Do not attach the return shipping label directly to the product packaging. Doing so may void your return.
Securely place the item into the original delivery packaging or a similar-sized box. Please ensure the item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service Team and send the parcel using the nominated method.
Damages, Issues, and Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.
A replacement product or refund, including applicable shipping costs, may be provided where:
- the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality
- the product is not fit for its intended purpose
- the product does not match the product description
- the product was damaged during delivery
- you can provide proof of purchase
Replacement products or refunds will only be completed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and deemed faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise eligible.
Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, reasonable shipping expenses will be refunded or covered. For any replacement where shipping is covered by us, the replacement will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalised items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless required under applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused, undamaged, not installed, and in saleable condition.
This means the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not installed, undamaged, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or declined.
A refund will not be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns from metro areas usually reach us within 2–6 business days. Returns from regional or remote areas may take longer.
