Lubrication Guide

In the majority of applications the Nolathane bushings act as a flexible bearing and must be greased at the time of assembly.To gain optimum performance from Nolathane products take the following precautions when installing

Ensure all suspension parts are free from rust, scale, paint and previous rubber deposits.
Please use these hints along with any instructions provided when fitting Nolathane products. Vehicle manufacturers manual should be used to ensure Nolathane warranty compliance.
Shackle and mounting pins, control arm and spring eyes and shoulders must show no major signs of pitting or damage - any damaged components must be replaced or repaired to vehicle manufacturerâ€™s tolerances.
Grease has been supplied in the kits where required and must be used to optimise bush performance and durability. Grease has been formulated from a reinforced No. 2 lithium complex base and selected additives with molybdenum disulphide for mechanical stability, extreme pressure qualities for extended life and a high melting or drop point be applied to the bores and outer flanges of all bushes and components - do not grease the outside surfaces of bushes and components.
NOTE: The major noise producing factor in polyurethane is incorrect fitment and uncleaned mating surfaces.

Skyactiv front control arm bushings

Difficult to install, no fault of the manufacturer just putting that out there. Results were completely worth it. No noise or harshness. It actually is more silent than my factory bushings at 68k. I installed these in the middle of winter and in below freezing temperatures i don’t hear any temperature related noises. My steering wheel position was straight on and i don’t feel the need for a immediate alignment afterwards. They really make a noticeable improvement

These mounts DO NOT fit 385 series big blocks!

I bought these mounts from Summit, based on their application guide saying they fit 429/460 engines. They don’t! I came here to check your website to see if you say the same thing and you do (Torino Cobra = 429!)

Please correct this error ASAP. I have no choice but to return them as these will NOT work for me.

Nolathane’s 9th gen Civic matched/engineered pair of anti-sway bars

To whom it may concern,

Your price was fantastic for the anti-sway bar pair. I’m assuming the price was a direct result of the Black Friday/Christmas holiday sale period, thank you!

I ordered the anti-sway bar set 28/11/2024 and received it 23/12/2024.
I never received any correspondence, whatsoever, as to when I could possibly expect delivery of my anti-sway bar set!
I have always received purchases, from Southern California, and/or Riverside County, via ground shipping, to Dallas Fort Worth, within 7 business maximum.
I received my anti-sway bar set in 18 business days!

Please understand that it’s not necessarily the length of time! I do believe I am a pretty reasonable person!
It was the fact that “the only correspondence pertaining to a delivery period” was 20/12/2024, 2 business days prior(awesome! Thank you both, FedEx & Nolathane)!

Using 5 stars as a guide for my review is difficult. I originally had selected 2 stars at the beginning of this lengthy review (sorry!), but reconsidered because this isn’t a major issue, especially because of the holidays! But, could you “please??” revise your “Standard Operating Procedures” to include at least 2 approximate delivery times? At a minimum once within 24 business hours of receiving payment and at least 7 business days prior to shipping? Please?

I don’t believe my revised 4star review or my request is asking too much!

I have and will frequently check your website for the rapidly disappearing, aftermarket parts, for my unpopular, under appreciated, LX, not Si, but rather my “R”, not “K”, “B”, or “H”, powerplant!
