Wrong bushings, poor customer service

I bought the front 30mm sway bar and rear 24mm for my FJ cruiser, the bushings didn't fit with my original brackets on the front, but the rear was perfect.

I contact customer service through email, they asked me for part number on the bushings that didn't fit, gave it to them and then no reply for a week. Contact them again, they sent a blueprint of the dimensions for the ones they sold me. I told them it's still off by a quarter inch. No reply for another 7 days, then I ordered bushings for the 30mm front sway bar from MOOG, it fits perfectly. I wouldn't have to write this review if it wasn't for the horrible response.

Hey Chor, sincere apologies for the poor customer service. We pride ourselves on providing all our customers, or even just people who call in with technical questions, prompt and friendly service. We investigated your issue and seems like this instance was purely an email thread that wasn't caught by our team. No excuses, and sorry for this.

We have escalated this to our Product Manager and R&D team for resolution, but can you please provide the trim/submodel of your FJ Cruiser, in case there's a variant between trims/submodels?

Lastly, we do hope you are satisfied with the products that fit, and with the ones that don't fit, we can obviously offer a full refund on that part.
